Dr. Anna McEvoy grew up in upstate New York on a horse farm. At an early age she became involved in the Pony Clubs and later began to compete extensively in both dressage and eventing competitions.

    Dr. McEvoy attended Colgate University in Hamilton, New York where she graduated in 2003 with a major in Molecular Biology.  She completed her veterinary education at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary medicine where she graduated with the class of 2007.

   Dr. McEvoy  joined the practice in the summer of 2007. Her veterinary interests include lameness, performance problems and emergency medicine. Her goal is to pursue continuing education with eventual accreditation in equine chiropractic .

 On a personal note, Anna is married to David who is a small animal veterinarian who graduated from the  University of Pennsylvania in 2006. Their pets include three wonderful cats, Harry, Aslin and Lewis and her 13 year old thoroughbred,Sunny.

  Anna enjoys running, most outdoor sports and international travel with herhusband, David
